It seems like we are waking up from our worst night only to that reality is our present nightmare. Over the past 5 years the evolution of women rights has taken us to the pathway of equality and opportunity for all gender shatter glass ceilings that we never thought would be possible. We have see the raise of women leadership in fortune 500 companies not just at HR level but a seat at the table with the board executives lounges.

The recognition of women in the workforce have been derailed by COVID-19 as many were forces to seek work form home option to foster daycare with closures of school. Many women were face with family decisions that ultimate required resignation to safe guard members of their family. Some women were tossed aside and saw job opportunities overlooked because of the world crisis and emotional toil placed on their family.

But we manage to chart a path away from the virus 🦠 with the very effective vaccine and this brought normalcy to the world. As woman started to return to the work force and planned parenthood became a conversation at dinner table.
