The Tropics where we can directly measure the warm of the seawater, it has now generated high salt contents and warmer sea water. This warmer oceanic water flows from the northeast creating the well known Gulf Steam. Many of the tropical storm and deadly hurricane manifest in the warmer sea water in the gulf with the higher tides and warm atoms. This will be the worst hurricanes season ever on plaent earth.
